Professional developers, advanced makers, and consultants who build and extend integrated enterprise agents.
AB-620 validates that you can design, integrate, test and manage enterprise agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio. It goes beyond building conversations: identity, governance, knowledge sources, tools, agent-to-agent protocols, observability and lifecycle are all in scope.
The profile combines advanced maker skills with developer decisions. Microsoft assumes familiarity with Power Fx, Dataverse, Power Platform environments, Adaptive Cards, REST APIs and concepts such as RAG, MCP and A2A.
Study according to the official weighting: planning and configuration is 30 to 35 percent, integration and extension 40 to 45 percent, and testing and management 20 to 25 percent. Spend the biggest block on integrating knowledge, tools and agents without neglecting evaluation and ALM.
Build an agent that queries an enterprise source, calls an API, handles errors and moves between environments through a solution. Then add tests and telemetry. That practice connects more objectives than studying each menu separately.
CertifyDeck organizes practice by the three official domains and keeps the English terminology alongside a full explanation. Each question is written to assess a new decision, never to reproduce leaked exam content.
Start for free to measure your level. Before booking, keep consistent results on unseen mock exams and check the date of the official skills outline, because agent products evolve quickly.

You need a scaled score of 700 out of 1000. The scale does not map to a fixed percentage of correct answers, so aim for consistent results above 80% on unseen mock exams before booking.
