You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use one personal account. We may restrict access in cases of fraud, abuse, attacks, or serious breaches.

CertifyDeck provides independent preparation and practice. Purchasing access does not guarantee passing a certification and does not replace official information from the exam provider.

The total price, currency, and certification are shown before payment. Unless another model is expressly stated, payment provides personal access to that certification and may not be resold or shared.

We may correct errors, update questions, and adapt content when syllabi change. We aim to keep the service available, although maintenance and events outside our control can cause interruptions.

Withdrawal, refunds, and conformity issues are handled under the refund policy and applicable mandatory law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law without affecting mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction.
